Tata Chemicals organized a capacity building program for the youth in Mumbai .
During the 2 hour session, the youth were briefed about Tata Chemicals and their
business processes. The volunteers conducted one to one mock Interviews with 12
youth to help them get exposure and experience to understand how real interviews
are conducted and develop the required confidence and skills. Role plays were
also conducted to understand good interview practices.

Secunderabad. Volunteers interacted with the old age home management and discussed their areas
of concerns and challenges they are facing in running the old age home. Volunteers participated
in fruits distribution program.

Tata Projects conducted a blood donation camp in collaboration with "RED CROSS" in Nellore.
A total of 209 donors donated blood. There was a provision of vitamin-rich juice, fresh fruits,
and peanuts.

saplings at Krishnapatnam site and created awareness on the importance of tree planting to the volunteers.

A road safety show was organized in joint collaboration of different supplier partners of
Tata Motors, Sanand Plant at Vendor park area. In the end, a rally was conducted from GSPC
Gate to TML Vendor Park where employees of Tata Motors and different supplier partners participated.
The program ended with a pledge on safety oath at Vendor Park Gate.
