Projects under the 13^th edition of ProEngage, the skill-based volunteering format under Tata Engage, were offered on December 5, 2020. ProEngage13 offered more than 425 projects with 120+ non-profit partners which can be delivered remotely, from anywhere in the world. By the time applications closed on December 24, 2020, the programme received a record mark of 1,100 applications from Tata employees and more than 50 applications from Tata family members and retirees.

Selected volunteers were announced on January 12^th, 2021. Post the announcement, selected volunteers underwent an online orientation through a brand new e- module curated especially for our ProEngagers.

The projects have commenced on January 30, 2021. Over the next six months, volunteers will work with non-profits on weekends (mainly Saturdays) and holidays to help deliver on the project using their personal and professional skills. Through these projects, ProEngagers are helping to build capacity in NGOs which are undertaking transformational work in communities, and thereby creating impact that never stops!
