  Cleanliness drive Ginger Hotels   |  Manesar
 
A cleanliness drive was organized by volunteers from Ginger Hotel Manesar in which they cleaned the footpaths of the main road and park area adjacent to the hotel premises.
 
  Distribution of snacks Trent Hypermarket  |   Pune
 
THPL-Star Bazar Akurdi-Chinchwad, Pune store organized a snack distribution in the community. A total of 9 volunteers participated in the activity. The volunteers utilized this opportunity to interact with the community members.
 
  Safety awareness Rallis India  |  Lote
 
A training programme was arranged for the contract workers on the importance of wearing personal protective equipment at the workplace by Rallis volunteers. They explained to the workers about the personal protective equipment, its usage and importance of wearing PPEs at a workplace. A safety gallery was also made and exhibited all types of personal protective equipment.
 
  Livelihood enhancement program Tata Sponge Iron  |  Odisha
 
A group of 5 volunteers organized an economic empowerment and livelihood enhancement program for the villagers of Kandara, Joda Block, Keonjhar, Odisha. Around 25 villagers attended the session. Foundation for a new Self Help Group comprising 10 women from the rural D&T community was laid.
 
  Cleanliness drive Tata Chemicals   |  Mithapur
 
TCL employees, family members and retired employees developed a deciduous forest to enrich the biodiversity of Mithapur and created pockets of microhabitats for migratory birds with an aim to encourage them to stay back longer at Mithapur. Site clearance and land development activities were carried out on the designated patch of about 20 acres.
 
  Visit to a slum center Tata Motors   |  Pantnagar
 
GET volunteers conducted the fixed day approach at Bhootbangla community slum center and distributed the THR and nutrition support to the slum women and children having poor nutrition level. They also conducted an awareness and counselling session for the target group. 65 women and children were benefited on the fixed day approach.
 
  Visit to an orphanage Tata Motors   |  Pantnagar
 
Head Supplier Quality along with the team visited the Vanbasi Orphanage House and conducted the coaching session for the 10th board students. The volunteers through series of logical papers held round of counselling session and gave them the tips for the exam and cheered them for good results. They also advised them to take care of their health.
 
  Visit to a school Tata Motors   |  Pantnagar
 
Volunteers from the CKD and Finance conducted the library day in Government School Tanda Jungle for the Vangujars students residing in the jungle. The students performed the IMLI sports activities having different level of bar. The students participated actively in the reading, writing and communication session in the school.
 
  Visit to rural community Tata Motors   |  Pantnagar
 
Volunteers conducted the home visit to the affirmative action group house availing the scholarship to counsel the parents and students. The volunteers interacted and surveyed the house having poor social and financial background. Base line data collected for the house residing in the rural pocket having poor financial status.
 
  Road safety session Tata Motors   |  Pantnagar
 
Safety team organized the road safety quiz session for the external communities members. Plant Head addressed members and emphasized over the use of a helmet for two-wheelers, pedestrian safe walk and use of seat belt while driving four-wheelers. The quiz was conducted on the behavioral aspect of safety. The winner of the quiz was awarded with a token of appreciation from the team.
 
  Plantation drive Ginger Hotels   |  Chennai
 
28 volunteers from Ginger Chennai Vadapalani conducted a plantation drive to show their support towards a greener environment. Associates from different department joined hands for this initiative.
 
  Blood donation camp Tata Consulting Engineers  |  Mumbai
 
Tata Consulting Engineers in association with Tata Memorial Hospital organized a blood donation camp at Airoli office. A total of 212 volunteers came forward for blood donation out of which 144 units of blood was collected successfully. The donors were given jute bags as a token of appreciation.
 
  Awareness session Coastal Gujarat Power  |  Mundra
 
Volunteers from Coastal Gujarat Power Limited (Tata Power) organized a solid waste management and sanitation awareness program for the school children of SAGARSHALA. The volunteers gave a lecture on the importance of health, personal hygiene and sanitation among the children. The orientation and training were coupled with a live demo for a better understanding of the children. Around 121 children participated in the program.
