Tata Volunteering Week 7: Chase the Change

The seventh edition of Tata Volunteering Week (TVW7), which was launched on 3rd March 2017, successfully concluded on 4th April, 2017. TVW7 offered a range of company-organized volunteering opportunities and witnessed the participation of senior leaders, colleagues, family members and retirees from across the globe who came together to join in the ‘Chase it Change it’ campaign.

Over 1,700 volunteering activities were conducted by 49 Tata companies across 130+ locations, to support 500+ partners (non-profits, orphanages, local self-governments, schools, hospitals, villages and communities). Volunteers contributed their time, effort and expertise to causes ranging from conducting cleanliness drives and contributing towards the Swachch Bharat Mission to digital literacy program to create awareness amongst community members about cashless modes of transactions owing to demonetization in India; and from conducting sessions for Tata STRIVE youth to employees taking the #TataPledge to support local communities.

A few glimpses of the kinds of volunteering activities undertaken by our volunteers through this period can also be seen below. Many more photos and testimonials from our volunteers are available at the Experience Hub and our Facebook page.
