  Drawing competition Rallis India   |   Ankleshwar
 
Volunteers from Rallis India, Ankleshwar arranged a drawing competition at Gadkhol primary school on the theme of plastic ban. They provided them with stationery and drawing materials. 120 students participated in this activity, out of whom winners were selected by the volunteers and awarded prizes.
 
  Beat the heat Ginger Hotels   |   Chennai
 
As temperatures soar across the city, under the ‘Beat the Heat’ campaign, volunteers from Ginger Hotels Chennai served chilled orange and mango juice to the passers-by around their hotel. They also encourage people stay hydrated during such seasons.
 
  Making clay idols Tata Steel   |   Pune
 
11 volunteers from Tata Steel conducted ‘The art of making Ganesha idols with clay’ workshop for the kids of SNEH Ghar in Pune. Together with the volunteers the children learnt how to make Ganesha Idols with clay and how team work helps in achieving better results.
 
  Drawing competition and plantation drive Tata Motors   |   Sanand
 
A Drawing Competition was organised by Employee volunteers in Telav Primary School, Sanand. The theme was Save Environment .Around 90 students participated in the event. Best performers were awarded. Employees were also participated in the plantation program in the school campus along with students and teachers followed by an awareness session on global warming & its impact on earth. Around 300 students participated in the event.
 
  Cleanliness drive JUSCO   |   Jamshedpur
 
JUSCO PHHS department volunteers organized three cleaning drives at River pump house Karbala Ghat, Mango, Birsa nagar zone and Vijaya nagar, Golmuri area. The volunteering team was involved in the cleaning of the ghat and public spaces for the local people who use it daily.
 
  Awareness session on road safety Ginger Hotels   |   Chennai
 
Ginger Hotel Chennai - Vadapalani volunteers conducted a road safety awareness drive near SIMS hospital, SRM collage, Vadapalani and MMDA residential areas. Around 27 volunteers participated in this rally.
 
  Sapling distribution program Tata Chemicals   |   Mithapur
 
An environmental awareness cum sapling distribution program was organised by TCL volunteers at Mithapur DAV school. School ECO Club students were enlightened on the status of environment decay across the world and the need to strengthen greening efforts. Saplings were gifted to students for plantation at their home.
 
  Visit to old age home The Tinplate Company of India   |   Jamshedpur
 
A team of officers from finance & accounts department visited an old age home with groceries and food items and spent some quality time with the residents. Most of the residents shared their experiences and their daily routine - how they practice meditation and get immense benefit out of it. The residents were happy and grateful to the team to spend time with them and the volunteers had an enriching experience too.
 
  Adolescent health eduction program Tata Steel Long Products   |   Joda
 
25 volunteers helped organize a health program focussed on adolescent girls from the nearby areas. Around 50 girls attended the program where they had an interactive session which covered menstrual hygiene, other adolescence related health issues, adaptation, etc. A quiz session was organized at the end of the program, with prizes given for best responses, the program ended with volunteers engaging with the girls over lunch.
 
  Cleanliness drive Ginger Hotels   |   Mysore
 
Volunteers from Ginger Hotels, Mysore conducted a cleanliness drive at M G Road in Mysore. Market vendors also joined in their effort and the drive was appreciated by the stakeholders.
 
  Child rights awareness program Tata Steel Long Products   |   Kharagpur
 
11 volunteers organized an awareness session on child rights in Ramachandrapur village. The program was organized in the UGME school premises. Importance and impact of education, class attendance as well as student health and hygiene were discussed during the session.
 
  Public speaking and confidence building session JSUCO   |   Jamshedpur
 
HR/IR volunteers with family member organized a public speaking and confidence building session for the children at Braham Kumari Divya Jyoti slum school. They aimed to inculcate in students the moral values, self-confidence and courage to face the challenges of life.
 
  Placemaking project Tata Consulting Engineers   |   Jamshedpur
 
With an intent to create a space that facilitates creative patterns of use, paying attention to the sensory needs, which will help the special needs kids to develop and learn.TCE volunteers identified the room in the School of Hope for such development and planned the activities necessary to implement it. The school authorities were given a presentation on the approach, methods and work plan.

  Career counselling session Tata Metaliks   |   Kharagpur
 
The engineers and management trainees of Tata Metaliks initiated a career counselling drive in Gokulpur Vidhan Chandra Vidhya Bhawan school and to guide the students on education, choosing the career of interest, importance of being independent, among others. The purpose of the drive was to help students broaden their perspective and encourage them to work harder for their goals.
 
  Plantation drive JSUCO   |   Jamshedpur
 
JUSCO CSR, RE & NGO [TECSC] volunteers organised a mass plantation drive at Anandpur village. They distributed 80 seasonal fruits plants like mango, guava, lemon, papaya and vegetables seeds to the farmers to promote the ecological balance of the village. The team also enlightened the villagers especially youth and female on how to save the environment by planting trees.
