Tata BlueScope Steel, Pune volunteers participated in a Nirmalya collection drive in
Pune city with an aim to spread awareness amongst people to keep the river clean.
During this activity, they collected the leftovers of flowers and other pooja material
from the Ganesha idols before they were taken for immersion. The volunteers also helped
the devotees remove flowers, Prasad etc. from the idols. Individuals and Ganesh Mandals
were encouraged to use the artificial pond for immersion of the idols or to keep the idol
away from river and avoid water pollution.

the youth of Munda Tola, Hurdlung Panchayat on 17 th Sept. 2019. 16 teams comprising
of 176 players from the nearby villages participated in the Tournament. The Volunteers
sponsored the prizes as well as the sports kit to encourage youth to participate in the tournament.

They distributed total of 80 seasonal fruit plants like mango, guava, lemon, papaya and vegetables

JUSCO Safety & CSR department volunteers organized a road safety awareness session for
class IV -VIII students of Upgraded Middle School Bhatia Basti Kadma. They showed a
visual presentation on road safety awareness, portraying different steps to be taken to
make the city a safe place. A quiz related to safety was also conducted and token gifts
were given to the winners. To raise commitment, safety pledge was also taken by the students.
Volunteers also organized fogging in and around the school premises prevention of mosquitoes
and also distributed sweet to each student.

Tata Power-DDL has joined the movement of IMPAct4Nutrition under the banner of UNICEF.
Volunteers organised an activity on "Health and Nutrition" under the nationwide campaign
Poshan Mah Abhiyan to improve nutrition status. Volunteers organised the session in
collaboration with Master Chef (Season 5 contestant), Mr. Sadaf Hussain on awareness
regarding "Health and Nutrition". The session took place in 2 parts, first covered the
aspect of awareness regarding the nutritional values with special emphasis on low cost
hygienic meals and healthy living. While the second part was the practical session where
in two dishes were prepared by the Chef as a demo for the participants.

inauguration ceremony and spoke in brief, to create awareness on blood donation. The camp
was inaugurated by Mr. N. Das, the Deputy Manager of the Estate.

juice center owners. Volunteers explained the environmental impact of plastic straws which
takes up to 200 years for a plastic straw to decompose and they can’t be recycled.
