  Tree plantation Tata Metaliks   
 
Volunteers from Tata Metaliks planted 5000 fruits plants such as Coconut, Mango, Gauva, Jackfruit, etc. in 10 villages near factory location of Kharagpur, West Bengal.
 
  Making scientific toys Rallis India   
 
Rallis India volunteers with NGO partner Light of Life Trust, organised an activity for the students to develop interest in Science. Students learned to make various scientific toys like loop gliders, 2 types of aeroplanes, flickering fish, boomerang, etc. Volunteers discussed about specific shapes & scientific principle behind working of these objects. Students enjoyed the fun filled learning activity. 30 students participated in the activity.
 
  Donation of library Tata Sons and Tata AutoComp   
 
Tata Sons Beijing office and Nanjing Tata AutoComp jointly donated a library to Luogang Primary School in Anhui province. Seven Tata volunteers participated in the donation activity and brought more than 1,400 books and auxiliary materials for the students and teachers. The donated books contained a wide range of categories, including classics, comic stories, life encyclopaedias, natural science knowledge and other categories. On the day of the event, Tata volunteers worked with the students to put labels on the new books one by one so that teachers and students could classify the books. Thereafter, the volunteers took a live reading sessions with the students. After reading new books one by one, each group recommend a representative to attend story sharing competition. The students were very happy and carefully flipping through new books, actively reading the stories in the book aloud and immersed in the ocean of stories. At last, the top 2 students were awarded a series of books.
 
  Training session for farmers Tata Steel Utilities and Infrastructure Services   
 
Tata Steel Utilities and Infrastructure Services Ltd. volunteers organised one-day training session for farmers of JUSCO, belonging to an adopted village Anandpur. 23 farmers benefited from this training session. In this session farmers of Anandpur were provided with better tips on agriculture so that farmers can get better yield in the fields.
 
  Awareness session on COVID-19 Tata Steel Utilities and Infrastructure Services   
 
Tata Steel Utilities and Infrastructure Services Ltd. volunteers organised an awareness session on COVID-19 for Parbatipur villagers. In this session, volunteers displayed the correct use of masks, disposal of masks at regular intervals, washing hands, social distancing,etc. They also advised the elderly people to stay at home. At the end of the session, volunteers distributed masks to 25 villagers.
 
  Loyalty for our Country Tata Steel Utilities and Infrastructure Services   
 
Tata Steel Utilities and Infrastructure Services Ltd. volunteers organised a session to build in loyalty among students for our country. Students from class IX & X of SS Academy attended the session. Volunteers explained the students that every person should be honest with their country. Students should also choose a career to serve the country and should apply in Army, Navy and Defense.
 
  COVID-19 prevention session Tata Steel Utilities and Infrastructure Services   
 
Volunteers from Tata Steel Utilities and Infrastructure Services Ltd organised COVID-19 prevention session for students of Jamshedpur High School. In this session, volunteers displayed precautionary measures that should be undertaken to protect against the pandemic. Volunteers also showed how to make homemade sanitizers, how should we use mask and dispose the mask at regular intervals. Teachers also clarified the doubts posed by the students.
 
  Home Composting Tata Steel Utilities and Infrastructure Services   
 
With the objective of turning best out of waste, Tata Steel Utilities and Infrastructure Services Ltd. volunteers organised a session on Home Composting. Participants were made aware about how leftover waste materials can be stored for 15 days and converted into compost. A demonstration video related to this was also shown.
 
  Awareness on COVID-19 Rallis India   
 
Rallis India, Lote Team has arranged an online awareness session on COVID-19 for the students across three schools. Volunteers explained about COVID-19 virus, how it is spreading, number of persons infected, death cases, etc. All the guidelines of government level were also explained to the students. Volunteers also briefed on precautions to be taken such as wearing face mask, cleaning hands with soap, drinking hot water, maintaining personal hygiene, social distancing, consuming nutritional food, etc. 31 students actively participated in the session.
 
  Dry ration and clothes distribution Tata Power Delhi Distribution   
 
During this pandemic, several people are helpless and are in dire need of ration and other essentials. Especially, the elderly are most vulnerable. Hence, volunteers from Tata Power Delhi Distribution visited few nearby old age homes and distributed ration kits and donated clothes. Around 26 volunteers participated in this activity.
 
  Celebration of Hindi Divas Tata Power Delhi Distribution   
 
Volunteers from Tata Power Delhi Distribution celebrated Hindi Divas with beneficiaries of WLCs and VTCs. Over 600 people participated in the celebrations. Volunteers ensured that the session is interactive and they showed various videos, audio clips, etc. to the participants. They also organised activities like slogan writing, drawing and painting etc.
 
  Session on Interview Skills Tata Power Delhi Distribution   
 
An online session on Interview Skills was organised for the students of GND Institute of Technology, Delhi. The session was taken by Mr. Subir Verma (Head HR&IR – Tata Power-DDL). The session was highly informative, and the speaker also addressed several queries received from the students. The session was facilitated by volunteers from the SIG department and the faculty members from the institute. More than 60 students participated in this session.
 
  Awareness session on safety during COVID-19 Tata Power Delhi Distribution   
 
Volunteers from Tata Power Delhi Distribution organised an online awareness session for the beneficiaries of Vocational Training Centers (VTCs). The session focused on precautionary and prevention tips which everyone should observe during COVID-19 times and how we can keep ourselves and our families safe.
 
  Awareness session on Health & Hygiene Tata Power Delhi Distribution   
 
Volunteers of Tata Power-DDL organised an online awareness session, in association with Eduquest (NGO Partner) for beneficiaries and staff of Women Literacy Centers (WLCs). The session focused on Health and other issues, with a special focus on COVID-19 related problems, prevention and precautionary tips and essential ‘Dos and Don’ts’.
 
  Awareness session on Health & Hygiene Tata Power Delhi Distribution   
 
During this pandemic, several families are helpless and are in dire need of ration and other essentials. Along with VSSD (NGO partner) and ABHAS volunteers distributed 80 dry ration and hygiene kits to the families living in Rohini, Keshavpuram, Pitampura and Badli districts.
 
  Visit to Ashram Tata Power Delhi Distribution   
 
Few volunteers from Tata Power Delhi Distribution visited a local ashram and donated essential supplies and masks to the residents of ashram.
 
  Tree plantation Tata Power Delhi Distribution   
 
Volunteers from Tata Power-DDL across different Business Development locations namely, Meerut, Muzafarnagar, Shamli, Saharnpur, Bulanshehar, Bijnore, Punjab, Chandigarh, Amroha, Ghaziabad and Bagpat undertook plantation activity in nearby locations. More than 120 volunteers participated in these plantation drives.
 
  Thanking the health care staff Tata Power Delhi Distribution   
 
Volunteers from Tata Power Delhi Distribution, visited a rural Hospital in Birbhum district of West Bengal, Adhering to all social distancing norms and keeping safety at priority, the volunteers reached out to the health care workers and staff to cheer them up and express their solidarity in this fight against the pandemic. The volunteers expressed their gratitude to the doctors, nurses, paramedical staff and the ward boys who have been the frontline warriors. Healthy food, Masks and Sanitizers were also provided by the team to the Hospital.
 
  Career guidance session Tata Power Delhi Distribution   
 
An online session on Interview & Resume Development was organised for the beneficiaries of Vocational Training Centers (VTCs) – Jahangirpuri and Lal Bagh, Delhi. The session was conducted by volunteers from the RAMG group along with SIG team members and was highly informative and interesting. More than 40 students participated in this session.
 
  Awareness session Tata Power Delhi Distribution   
 
Volunteers from Tata Power Delhi Distribution Contracts department organised an online awareness session for beneficiaries of Vocational Training Centers (VTCs) – N-Block Mangolpuri and Bawana, Delhi. The session focused on road safety, water conservation, COVID-19 tips, ethics and values. The sessions was facilitated by 15 volunteers. Over 40 students participated in session.
 
  Awareness session for students Tata Power Delhi Distribution   
 
Volunteers from DOSEC, SU- Project and SIG team conducted an online awareness session for ITI Narela and Jahangirpuri, Delhi students. The session focused on Safety, Operations, Ethical values and COVID-19 awareness. Over 60 students participated in session.
 
  Energy conservation session Tata Power Delhi Distribution   
 
On the occasion of International Day of Peace, volunteers from Tata Power Delhi Distribution conducted an online session on energy conservation for community beneficiaries. The session was facilitated by 10 volunteers.
 
  Awareness session on Water Conservation Tata Power Delhi Distribution   
 
An online session on water conservation by Tata Power Delhi Distribution was conducted for beneficiaries of Vocational Training Centers (VTCs) – Netaji Subhash Place (NSP) & CSA Colony, Delhi. The session was facilitated by 10 volunteers.
 
  Health and Nutrition session Tata Power Delhi Distribution   
 
A training session on nutrition was organised under POSHAN Abhiyan by Tata Power Delhi Distribution volunteers. The session was organised in collaboration with IMPACT4Nutrition and UNICEF. Around 100 beneficiaries participated, and 35 volunteers facilitated the session.
 
  Building Aspirations Tata Power Delhi Distribution   
 
An online session on Building Aspirations was organised for beneficiaries of Vocational Training Centers (VTCs). The session was organised in collaboration with Tata Power Trading Company Ltd.(TPTCL) The session was conducted by Ms. Neha Malik from TPTCL and was facilitated by SIG team members and NGO partners.
 
  Interview Skills Tata Power Delhi Distribution   
 
An online session on Interview Skills was organised for the students of ITI Jahangirpuri and ITI Narela, Delhi was taken by senior leadership team member, Mr. Subir Verma (Head HR&IR – Tata Power-DDL). The session was highly informative, and the speaker also addressed several queries received from the students. The session was facilitated by volunteers from the SIG department and the faculty members from the institute. More than 60 students participated in this session.
 
  Interview Skills Tata Motors   
 
26 volunteers from Tata Motors, Pimpri came together to bring about a positive change in the society. Many poor and needy people are suffering due to COVID-19 lockdown. Team has designed essential kit consisting of items required for livelihood & distributed at Pimple Saudaga, Pune to the needy.
 
  Distribution of essential items to the orphans Amalgamated Plantations   
 
Volunteers from Amalgamated Plantations connected with Nabaprabhat orphanage located in Tezpur, Ketekibari. Volunteers distributed essential items such as masks, hand sanitizers, baby shampoo, baby soap, medicines, fruits and snacks.
 
  Drawing competition Indian Hotels   
 
Volunteers from Vivanta Guwahati took collective effort to bring smiles on the faces of young children during their visit to Sneha Bandhan, an orphanage devoted to take care of the children. Due to the current pandemic, social distancing is of utmost importance. With due permission from the in-charge head, volunteers decided to conduct a drawing competition virtually. Three volunteers went to the orphanage in the morning and handed over some drawing books, crayons, pencils, eraser and some eatables like cake, chocolates and juices. Thereafter in second half of the day, children participated in the competition through video call. The all drew beautiful drawing and the best 3 were rewarded. Post the competition, the volunteers interacted with them and spoke to them about the current pandemic and explained them the importance of social distancing, wearing masks and hand sanitization.

  Webinar on Global Warming and Climate Change Tata Power   
 
Volunteers from Tata Power organised a webinar on Global Warming & Climate Change at Dharmasagara First Grade College, Dommasandra – Bangalore. 52 College Students enthusiastically participated and learned on Global warming & Climate change impact on our planet.
 
  Session on COVID-19 and Renewable Energy Tata Power   
 
Volunteers from Tata Power Solar Systems Ltd was given Virtual awareness session on COVID-19 Pandemic and Renewable Energy at Govt School – Govinda Shetty Palya. 22 students actively participated in the session. Session on COVID-19 helped the participants to understand the precautionary measures to be undertaken at such times such as hygiene factors of using masks, social distancing, regular hand washing, etc. Renewable Energy session helped the students to understand the natural sources of power and one of them being the SUN!
 
  Tree plantation Tata Power   
 
Tree Plantation was organised at Tata Power’s Employee Residential Community Colony – Sri Sai Paradise Layout, Anekal Road, Bangalore. Employees with their family members enthusiastically participated, and planted about 200 trees.
 
  Donation of grocery items Tata Power   
 
21 enthusiastic volunteers from Tata Power donated various types of food grains weighing up to 201 Kgs. 1050 beneficiaries were positively impacted by this activity. The food grains was handed over to the Samarthanam Trust for the Disabled, Bangalore on 22nd September 2020.
