  Awareness on Business Development Rallis India Ltd   
 
Volunteers from Rallis India Ltd organised a virtual session on ‘Business Development’ for rural women from Murbad and Akola. Experts shared how to start a business with low investment and concentrate on customer requirements. Volunteers presented a case study of a rural women entrepreneur who started her business with very little investment and is now ready to support other women who want to start a new business.

A team of volunteers organised a session on the importance of communicating in English for rural youths of villages near Murbad.   Awareness Sessions Drives on schools Rallis India Ltd   
 
The volunteers organized several awareness sessions for adolescent students from Secondary and Higher Secondary Schools in Dahej and Lakhigam. The awareness topics ranged from general and menstrual hygiene to nutrition and fitness.
 
  Food Distribution Program Rallis India Ltd   
 
Volunteers from Rallis India Ltd arranged a food distribution program for the vulnerable communities including patients from a government hospital in Bharuch. The team fed over 120 patients with wholesome and nutritious meals.
 
  MS Office Session for Government Schools and Teacher Tata Consulting Engineers Ltd   
 
Volunteers from the Bangalore team conducted an online session on MS Office for Government school teachers where they interacted and took the teachers through a training module. This will help the teachers to prepare payroll sheets, students data management, file creation, question paper preparation and more.
 
  Blood Donation Camp Tata Consulting Engineers Ltd   
 
Together with Indian Red Cross, volunteers from Tata Consulting Engineers ltd, CIDCO site organised a blood donation camp where over 40 units of blood was collected.
 
  Covid-19 Awareness and Kit Distribution Tata Consulting Engineers Ltd   
 
A group of volunteers came together to sensitize children from Z P School Andeshe, Mulshi on Covid-19 and its safety precautions. They also distributed school kits to over 190 students and teachers.

The volunteers also organised a session on ‘Break the chain of Covid-19’ for stakeholders of MVML Plant Site, Pune including 13 contractual Engineers.
 
  Tree Plantation Drive Tata Consulting Engineers Ltd   
 
A tree plantation drive was conducted by volunteers from TCE Bangalore team in association with Lions Club of Pune Spectrum. They planted 20 saplings in surrounding locations.
 
  Financial Management Tata Consulting Engineers Ltd   
 
A session was conducted by the volunteers on managing finances and understanding the importance and value of money. Through a three-pronged approach, students were taught how to use money efficiently and the art of negotiation. In the second phase volunteers had set up stalls and the students were made to shop using their knowledge acquired from the session. Artificial money was given to the students and were made to use their negotiation skills and then take the buying decision. The third session comprised of a management team analysing their skills and counselled them to assist their parents in money management.
 
    Visit to Akshaya Patra Kitchen Tata Consumer Products Ltd  
 
Volunteers from Tata Consumer Products Bangalore office visited Akshaya Patra kitchen at Kanakapura road and assisted in cleaning and chopping vegetables.
 
    Session on Domestic Safety Tata Metaliks Ltd   
 
Employees took a session on domestic safety with the trainees of Tata Metaliks Skill Development Centre. The trainees were explained the basic rules to follow at home and their life. They learnt how to be safe while doing daily activities. The volunteers also reiterated the road, domestic and general safety rules.
 
  Interaction with Adolescent Girls Tata Metaliks Ltd   
 
Volunteers visited Nivedita Gram Mandir, an orphanage for girls where they interacted with adolescent girls on possible career prospects that they can pursued after higher secondary education. The employees suggested some trainings to enhance their skills. Volunteers from the Senior Management Team urged the girls to not to rush and get married. The young graduate trainees spoke to them and encouraged them to fix their career goals and then start necessary preparations. The volunteers also donated sanitary items including napkins to the girls.
 
  Tree Mitra - Plantation Drive Tata Power Ltd   
 
Tata Power volunteers from Corporate Team CR, Communication, Sustainability along with Hydro's Team volunteered for the ‘Tree Mittra’ campaign. Senior leadership along with other volunteers participated in Walvan for a Tree Mittra plantation drive.

Over 30 employees, including those from Mumbai (Carnac) volunteered at Walvan for ‘Act of Mahasheer’ campaign where they released Mahseer fingerlings in the dam.

   Mobilize farmers through E-Pik Pahani Program Tata Power Ltd   
 
With continued volunteering from employees, record breaking number of farmers have been registered on the E-Pik Pahani App at Managlwedha Site. 100% farmers are being entitled to receive the government benefits through the E-Pik Pahani program. Volunteers are continuing to adopt various tools to mobilize farmers and youth from various villages. So far over 15,000 farmers have been enrolled on the E-Pik Pahani program.

  Blood Donation Drive Tata Power Ltd   
 
Tata Power employees along with the Akkalkot Police Station and Solapur Blood Bank collaboratively organized a blood donation and health check-up drive at Akkalkot city. Tata Power volunteers, Police Officers, Youth Club members, community members and Women SHGs actively participated in the drive. Over 100 blood donors came together to donated blood which is a record-breaking number on Akkalkot city.
 
   Awareness Session on Cyber security Tata Power Delhi Distribution Ltd   
 
The Volunteers organised a session on Cyber Security to increase the level of awareness on various types of cyber-attacks and cyber offences. The session discussed the commonly known threats related to online activities. The volunteers also shared few examples of cyber-attacks with beneficiaries for their better understanding and to avoid repeating the same.

A group of volunteers organized a session on communication skills for different courses at the Vocational Training Centre. The volunteers discussed about the importance of good communication skills to enable a smoother two-way interacting communication.

A session on safety and energy conservation was organized by the volunteers for students. The students were briefed about basic rules to be followed towards power conservation and electrical safety. They were also informed of the fact that use of standard equipment and quality wiring would greatly help improve energy efficiency.
 
   Session on Information Technology Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited   
 
Volunteers conducted a session on ‘Usage of Information Technology’ to focus on basic knowledge of use of computers, storage, networking and other physical devices, infrastructure and processes to create, process, store, secure and exchange all forms of electronic data.
 
  Awareness Session on Energy Conservation Methods Tata Power trading Company Ltd.   
 
The volunteers organized awareness sessions on energy conservation methods, saving the environment, safe use of electricity and healthy life practices. The event was organized in Jat Khore and Jhimmarpura Village in association with Tata Power – DDL. Drawing competition for children were also organized followed by distribution of Covid-19 safety kits to community members.
 
  Skill Development Sessions Tata Power trading Company Ltd.  
 
The volunteers took a session on importance of Skill Development for trainees of the Vocational Training Centre, Noida. The volunteers focused on resume building and preparation of mock interviews to help the young trainees stand a better change in landing with a good job.
 
    Food Distribution Campaign Tata Projects   
 
Volunteers packed and distributed food and ration supplies to vulnerable people and communities in Mumbai and Greater Noida.
 
  Training Program for Anganwadi Staff Tata Projects   
 
Volunteers visited Thuamul Rampur Block of Kalahandi (Odhisa) and organised training sessions for the Anganwadi staff. They appreciated their contribution and hard work for ensuring the health and nutrition of tribal communities. They also emphasised on the importance of nutritious food intake during pregnancy.
 
  Quiz and Painting Competition for students. Tata Projects   
 
The volunteers organised Quiz and Painting Competitions for Government Primary School, Sunderpura, Bhind. The winners were awarded and stationery items were also distributed among the children.
 
  Learning Sign Language to Promote Inclusivity Tata Steel   
 
Volunteers participated in an activity initiated by the NGO - ‘Discover a New Dawn’ to learn sign language to help create videos for the people with disabilities. Volunteers made small videos teaching life skills in sign language such as brushing teeth, telling time, counting numbers and more to promote inclusion and diversity.
 
  Organising a Football Match Tata Steel  
 
The Volunteers in collaboration with Urban Service organised football match for the U16 Boys. They donated boots and nets to the teams and prizes were also awarded.
 
  Story-telling Session with Children Tata Steel   
 
The volunteers participated in a story-telling session conducted by Connect For and Goodera. They built and narrated stories with children using creative thinking and pictures. They also recorded audiobooks for the visually impaired
 
  Sensitizing Children on Covid-19 Tata Steel   
 
Tata Steel employees and their family members interacted with the school children of Gopalpur village. The team took a session on the importance of Covid-19 appropriate behaviour and donated stationery items to the students.
 
  Visit to an Old Age Home Tata Steel   
 
Volunteers from By Products section Coke Plant, Jamshedpur visited an Old Age Home and spent quality time interacting with the elderly. They also donated some utility items to the old age home.
 
  Distribution of Study Material The Tinplate Company of India Ltd   
 
A team of volunteers from TCIL visited No. 10 Harijan Basti to meet and interact with the children who are presently facing issues with their studies due to the Pandemic. The children shared their experience and problems in attending the classes especially through online. Volunteers from TCIL encouraged the children by explaining the importance of both studies and games in life and gave them tips on how to attend the classes smoothly and effectively.
 
  Stitching Competition for Community Girls The Tinplate Company of India Ltd   
 
Volunteers from TCIL organized a competition on handmade stitching and cross stitch items for the community girls. The motive of the program was to provide a platform to the girls where they can showcase their talent. Beautiful embroidery and cross stitch designs were made by the girls and their talents were appreciated by all.
