  Plantation & Cleanliness Drive Ginger Hotels, Ahmedabad   
10 volunteers from the Ginger Hotels team Ahmedabad came together to run a tree plantation drive. Additionally, 9 volunteers participated in a cleanliness drive promoting 'Swatch Bharat Abhiyaan' at IIM Road, Ahmedabad.
  Plantation Drive Ginger Hotels, Delhi   
Volunteers from Ginger Hotel, East Delhi participated in a tree plantation drive as the need to plant more trees has increased dues to the growing pollution in the environment. The plantation drive was followed by an awareness session signifying the importance of plants and its impact on our environment and in areas near the hotels.
  Blood & Clothes Donation Drive Ginger Hotels, Patna   
The Ginger Hotels, Patna team ran a clothes donation drive and handed over basic clothes and warmers to underprivileged communities. The team also participated in a blood donation drive conducted in collaboration with Red Cross.
  Environmental Stewardship Indian Hotels Company Limited, Mumbai   
Volunteers from Indian Hotels Company Limited, Mumbai Teli Gali’s team adopted a nearby facility with the purpose of cleaning and restoring the beauty of the place.
  Tree Plantation Drive Tata Chemicals, Mithapur   
Volunteers from Tata Chemicals, Mithapur along with their family members planted 80 saplings to improve and enhance the flora in a surrounding area. Planted saplings were mainly of Jamun, Karanj, drumstick (Moringa oleifera), tamarind (Tamarous Indica), Neem (Azadiracta Indica), Rangooni Badam
    Nutrition and Health Awareness Day Tata Consulting Engineers   
A team of volunteers from Tata Consulting Engineers came together to create awareness about health and nutrition among young children (8 - 14 years). Engaging videos on nutrition food groups were played during the session generating curiosity among the young ones. The volunteers interacting with the children one-on-one and made the session more engaging. The event was organized in collaboration with a NGO partner, Door Step School, virtually connecting the volunteers to over 100 underprivileged kids.
  Career counselling session with Digital Literacy Students Tata Metaliks Ltd   
TML volunteers took a session for students from class 9 to 11, under youth-led initiatives to improve education, health & digital learning. The session also included an ice-breaking session and informal conversations. They were asked about their aspirations to understand their passion and inclination in various streams, which could be pursued as a career. The children expressed interest in sports, administrative service, ethical hacking, health care professionals, dance tutors, app developers, chefs etc. A session was also conducted on role of information technology, frequent use of YouTube as a channel and how one can leverage it to enhance their future career prospects.
    Interview preparedness and grooming for trainees Tata Metaliks Ltd   
A training session was conducted for over 100 trainees of Tata Metaliks Skill Development Centre on how to prepare for interviews and grooming tips. They also learnt about the importance of customer service and customer satisfaction. Volunteers from the HR team explained the recruitment process and how different jobs require different skills, continuous learning and development. Employees from Tata Strive also participated and facilitated the session.
  Happy hours spent with the elderly Tata Metaliks Ltd   
28 Volunteers from Tata Metaliks Ltd visited the Missionaries of Charity Homes, Malancha along with their family members and contributed 100 cotton night suits for the elderly. Employees also volunteered their time in the purchasing process and collecting the amount from their colleagues. The volunteers sang songs, interacted and spent some quality time with them.
  Felicitating teachers from schools in communities Tata Steel Utilities and Infrastructure Services Ltd   
Volunteers from the CSR & PSD team of Tata Steel Utilities and Infrastructure Services Ltd visited the UHS New Colony to celebrate Teachers’ Day where they felicitated the teachers and handed over gifts to students.

Volunteers from Real Estate team visited the ‘Open Area Teaching’ in Anandpur, Uttamdih & Dobo village, run as part of the CSR program by Tata Steel Utilities and Infrastructure Services Ltd. The teacher’s day celebration began with a cultural program followed by distribution of gifts and sweets to the children.
  Essay Competition for Community School children Tinplate Company of India Limited   
On the occasion of International Day of Clean Air, volunteers from TCIL organized an Essay Competition for the Students of Tinplate Community Schools. Around 200 students from 5 schools participated in this competition. The competition was organized only for students of STD IX to XII who are currently permitted by the state government to attend the School.

Volunteers made the school students understand the importance of clean environment and conducted an essay writing competition. Students participated in this competition with full enthusiasm and the best three essay writers were awarded.
