  Tree Plantation Drive Tata Power   
A group of Tata Power volunteers, SHGs, Village Green Army Members and farmers came together to plant trees and visited the kitchen garden developed by the Anganwadi teachers with support of Tata Power Community Development Trust.  
  Sensitizing Farmers on Government Schemes Tata Power   
A team of Tata Power O&M volunteers along with the trained youth from the Palsawade Solar site came together to spread awareness and facilitate enrolment of rural farmers on an App for government schemes/programs developed by the Tata Trusts in association with the Government of Maharashtra.
  Celebrating World Gratitude Day Tata Power   
A volunteer along with family members celebrated the World Gratitude Day by felicitating police officers, traffic police, women police and other service providers by tying bands in their wrists to recognise their contribution towards maintaining law and order.
  Facilitating Enrolment on the E-Pik Pahani App Tata Power   
Continuing the efforts towards promoting the E - Pik Pahani app, a team of volunteers from IRRJL Site along with the youth and community volunteers and site staff of Netmagi visited the farmers and enrolled them on the E - Pik Pahani app enabling them to accessible government schemes and programs. This time they also engaged with the beneficiaries at the Ganeshotsav Mandals and helped farmers enrol on the App.
  Youth Counselling and Career Guidance Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited   
A team of volunteers from Tata Power-DDL organized a virtual session on counselling and career guidance for the youth from a Vocational Training Centre. The purpose of the session was to interact with the beneficiaries enrolled across various courses to discuss about their aspirations and career plans.  The volunteers focused on resume writing, email etiquettes and strategies to implement during job search. They also discussed job interview skills providing insights on workplace expectations, tips on preparing for interviews and grooming and soft skills such as communication, self-confidence, critical thinking, problem solving, flexibility, leadership skills and more.
  Awareness Session on Life Skills Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited   
A group of volunteers conducted a session on life skills for Vocational Training Centre beneficiaries. The session focused on time management, self-awareness, empathy, problem solving and decision making while coping with emotions and stress. They emphasized on how these skills prepare individuals to take up challenges and excel in their professional as well and personal journey.
  Celebrating Hindi Diwas Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited   
Volunteers marked the day to raise awareness about Hindi and its importance in our lives. They organized activities for beneficiaries from the Vocational Training Center, Women Literacy Program and ABHA at various locations. Various competitions including slogan writing and recitation was also organized.
  Motivational Session at the Vocational Training Centre Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited   
A virtual session was organized by the volunteers to motivate students from the Vocational Training Centre, coping in the current scenario. The session aimed to give them an opportunity to explore their strengths, work on their weakness, acknowledge their friends and build self-confidence.
    Awareness on Menstrual Health Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited   
An awareness session on menstrual health was organized by a team of volunteers for women from the surrounding communities. The purpose of the session was to discuss the co-relation between menstrual health and emotional well- being. Volunteers urged women to consider menstrual health as a normal state of health and body, when dealing with hygiene. They spoke about good practices that prevent diseases, personal cleanliness, proper disposal of menstrual waste material and more.
    School Bags with Stationary Distribution Tata Steel Utilities and Infrastructure Services Ltd   
Tata Steel Utilities and Infrastructure Services Ltd. Volunteers from CSR and PSD teams distributed school bags with stationery items to students at the Manikue Academic Centre and Open Area Teaching in Jambhal and Kanki. They also spent quality time with the children engaging in fun activities and educations games followed by distributing snacks.
  Session on Water Conservation Tata Steel Utilities and Infrastructure Services Ltd   
Volunteers from Tata Steel Utilities and Infrastructure Services Ltd. TML O&M teams organized a session on Water Conservation for students from class IX & X of Balika Uchh Vidhyala, Sakchi. The volunteers showed a presentation and videos to sensitize students on ways to save water. They focused on the fact that action needs to be taken now to prevent scarcity of drinking water in the next few decades. The volunteer also explained to the students that wastewater can be purified and used for several purposes and how Tata Steel UISL has been doing it.
  Training Farmers on Commercial Vegetable Cultivation Tata Steel Utilities and Infrastructure Services Ltd   
Tata Steel Utilities and Infrastructure Services Ltd. CSR team, NGO TRCSC and Real Estate volunteers organized a two-days training session on Commercial Vegetables Cultivation for farmers of Tata Steel UISL adopted villages, Anandpur, Pudisili, Darnigora, Dugni, and Parbatipur at Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Gamaharia. During the session, farmers were briefed about commercial vegetable cultivation which will help them increase the yield in their fields.
    Nutrition Garden and Plantation Drive Tata Steel Utilities and Infrastructure Services Ltd   
Volunteers from PSD & NGO TRCSC organized a Nutrition Garden and Plantation Drive at Dugni Panchayat. Cashew and other fruits plants were distributed to over 60 female farmers to help them build a sustainable livelihood.
    Distribution of Sports Materials Tata Steel Utilities and Infrastructure Services Ltd   
Tata Steel Utilities and Infrastructure Services Ltd. Real Estate together with NGO TRCSC volunteers distributed sports materials to Youth Club at Pudisili and Anandpur villages. Sports items such as football, carrom boards, badmintons, chess, ludo and Jersey were provided to the youth.
   Volunteering at Roti Bank Foundation Jamshedpur Continuous Annealing and Processing Company Private Ltd   
A team of volunteers came forward to help Roti Bank Foundation, an NGO that feeds families of patients admitted in MGM Hospital daily since the last 6 years. The team helping serving dinner to over 350 people and will continue to assist them in the future.
  Visit at Antyodata Old Age Home Jamshedpur Continuous Annealing and Processing Company Private Ltd   
The JCAPCPL volunteers visited the Antyodaya Old Age Home in Bistupur, Jamshedpur twice to provide care and add hope to the elderly suffering from leprosy. Due to the Pandemic, the residents were living in isolation for a long period of time and the team engaged with them through heartfelt conversations and entertainment activities. They also donated essential items such as bandage, cotton and sanitation products.

Awareness programme on road safety was conducted by the volunteers at Village Panchayat Road Birikala & Bile pada Market impacting over 200 beneficiaries. The purpose was to create awareness among people about road safety measures, workplace safety, safety of human health as well as the environment.
   Cleaning of River Bank Jamshedpur Continuous Annealing and Processing Company Private Ltd   
Team Umeed (JCAPCPL Volunteering Team) gathered to clean the river bank at Domahani in Jamshedpur with a view to clear excessive litter dumped after Ganesh Puja. Over 60 kgs of garbage was collected and suitably disposed.
  Session on Health and Environment Protection Rallis India Ltd   
A team of Rallis Lote visited Ghanekunt Grampanchayat, Lote and conducted a session with villagers on Health and Environment protection followed by distributed of 200 Teakwood plant saplings and 24 Lts hand wash and sanitizers in the community.
  Session on Online Learning Rallis India Ltd   
A group of volunteers from Rallis Lote visited Z P Parishat School, Ghanekunt and conducted a session with teachers and students on ongoing online learning and prepared them to transition from online to offline classes. They also distributed hand wash and sanitizers along with 50 saplings for plantation in school premises.
    Eco Friendly Ganesh Festival Contest Rallis India Ltd   
To celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi, the volunteers from Rallis India Ltd, Ankleshwar organized a Eco Friendly Ganesh Festival Contest. Over 50 families participated in the program.
   Online Story Telling Competition Rallis India Ltd   
Volunteers from Rallis India Ltd. Ankleshwar organized an online story-telling competition for class 3 – 5 students from Gadkhol Primary School. The activity encouraged children two participate in competitive activities. develop their speech skill, self-confidence and overcome the fear of public speaking.
  Blood Donation Drive Rallis India Ltd   
A team of volunteers attended a blood donation camp arranged by Swami Narayan Seva Sanstha, Ankleshwar. Over 30 volunteers donated blood to help people from financially challenged background.
  Distribution & Awareness Drive for Farmer Rallis India Ltd   
Volunteers from Rallis India Seeds Division of Yavatmal distributed Pheromone Trap to farmers and explained the benefits and its importance. The team also provided information regarding Control for PBW and its important for cotton crop. 
  Felicitating Teachers at an Orphanage Tata Autocomp   
Tata AutoComp volunteers celebrated teacher’s day at one of the orphanages supported through the company’s CSR program. Children at the orphanage got to showcase their learnings from Tata AutoComp Project HoPE (Holistic & Progressive Education) such as classical dance, music, art and craft.
    Phone Sakhi’s Digital Meet Tata Autocomp   
Tata AutoComp women volunteers connected with their allotted buddies from Girls Scholarship CSR Programme. Phone Sakhis connect digitally to counsel, support and encourage girls in their education and especially resolve issues in digital education and emotional wellbeing during pandemic.
  Project Swayam: Interaction session at Prayatna Tata Autocomp   
Tata AutoComp change makers visited Prayatna , a centre for people with disabilities in Pune to interact, appreciate and encourage them for actively involving in Project Swayam run by Tata AutoComp Systems . The volunteers also supported trainer of Swayam project by conducting several sessions. Swayam Project is designed to train specially-abled people in vocational skills like catering that enables them to earn their livelihood.

Tata AutoComp volunteers organizes a Tree Plantation Drive in the Chakan and plant over 250 saplings in the surrounding areas.
    Beach Cleaning Drive Tata Chemicals, Mithapur   
Volunteers from TCSRD, CSR/CD department of the Tata Chemicals along with Indian Coastal Guards conducted a beach cleaning program where 50 volunteers, employees, family members participated.

  Engaging with Students and Teachers Tata Consulting Engineers   
The volunteers felicitated the teachers of Door Step School for their hard work put towards the education of young ones. Volunteers engaged with teachers in groups for fun activities of games, quizzes and interactive online sessions. Teachers spoke about their struggles to connect with children during the pandemic.
  Celebrating Engineers Day Tata Consulting Engineers   
The activity was conducted to celebrate Engineers Day with the children of Door Step School. Volunteers engaged with children to make them aware about importance of engineers and other professions. Children were encouraged to focus on studies and choose a profession which they best related to. Children were shown videos and pictures for encouragement.
    Career Counselling Tata Consulting Engineers   
Volunteers from Tata Consulting Engineers, Bengaluru conducted a career guidance session for students from Government College for Engineering, Salem. Students were briefed about Tata and TVW and gave a perspective on career and the job market, long time career paths, various branches of higher studies, top 20 universities and so on. This was followed by an interactive session where the volunteers understood the doubts of the students and provided solutions to overcome the challenges. Management games and entertainment program was also included in the session.
  Awareness on Menstrual Health Tata Metaliks   
With the aim to sensitize women and men on effective menstrual health and hygiene management, a training was organized by Tata Metaliks volunteers in collaboration with Tata Trusts & CiNI, Jharkhand. The session included discussion on menstrual health, addressing myths and providing proper information on the issue. A session on cloth-pad stitching was also taken up for the rural women and young girls. They were explained the economic and environmental benefits of using a well-designed cloth pad. An effective way to dispose sanitary pads through the ‘matka incinerator’ technique using clay pots, and locally available materials were also taught to the participants.
    Bringing the Kids Back to School Tata Metaliks   
A new centre for a non-residential bridge course for drop-out children was inaugurated at Ashapur village by the volunteers of Tata Metaliks. The program was attended by key stakeholders, children, women and youth. Employees virtually interacted with the community encouraging everyone to be a part of the project for better and quality development of the children.
  Session on Effective Communication and Public Speaking Tata Metaliks   
‘Speak with confidence’ - A session on effective communication and public speaking was organised by volunteers for the trainees of Tata Metaliks Skill Development Centre, across 10 trades. During the session the trainees learnt how to communicate professionally while working in a company and how to address a large audience as a speaker. This helped build confidence among the youth and will improve their ability to build a better career in any field they choose.
    Session on Personality Development Tata Motors Ltd   
Personality development session was conducted for 30 students from the Skill based NGO Fr Agnel Institute. Additionally, a mentoring session was also conducted for the electrician batch from Fr Agnel Institute. 
  Tree Mitra & Act of Mahasheer Tata Power   
Tata Power employees including Corporate Team CR, Communication, Sustainability along with volunteers from the Hydros team participated in the ‘Tree Mittra’ and ‘Act of Masheer’ programs. Senior leaders along with employees volunteered at Walvan for Tree Mittra plantation drive and released mahseer fingerlings in the dam waters.
  Safety Awareness Session at Vocational Training Centre Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited   
A safety session was organized for Vocational Training Centre beneficiaries to increase the level of preparedness and reduce risk of plans failing. The Session discussed the importance of identifying disasters or hazards particular to various location. Review the emergency plans to incorporate what’s worked in the past, a set of standard procedures to be aligned and this session was helpful on the front end of potential crises by recognizing, responding to and minimizing confrontational threats. This helped build an understanding among the participants the psychological or long-term effects in the aftermath of a crisis.
  E-Tablets Distribution Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited   
E- Tablets were distributed in a government School of Adarsh Nagar to make online classes accessible to all students, especially those who do not have access to smartphones, laptops and internet facilities. The volunteers distributed the tablets to meritorious students to motivate them to work hard and boost their academic performance and fulfil their career aspirations.
  Making Bird Houses Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited   
A group of volunteers came together and identified a unique concept of making bird houses with the help of dry coconut. They used empty coconuts to build tiny bird houses and hung on tree so the birds can find shelter inside. Many such bird houses were created and placed at several locations within the office area.
  Awareness Session on Covid 19 Safety and Precautions Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited   
Volunteers organized a session on Covid 19 safety and precautions for community members. The session focussed on certain guidelines such as social distancing, keep yourself sanitized, wearing masks, avoiding public gathering and washing hands properly.
  Awareness on Endangered Species Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited   
Volunteers organised a session on endangered species for students of Vocational Training Centre in collaboration with Tata Power Trading Company Limited. The faculty from TPTCL was enlightened the students about the endangered species that are facing a high risk of extinction in the wild or any species that is at the risk of extinction because of a rapid decrease in its population and or a loss of its critical habitat.
  Free Eye Check-up Camp at Tinplate Hospital The Tinplate Company Of India Ltd   
A free eye check-up camp was organised for people from financially weaker families by the volunteers of TCIL at Tinplate Hospital. Dr S.K Mitra Senior Ophthalmologist, H.O.D Tinplate Hospital examined everyone and those having visual issues and problems were advised to take preventive measures and necessary medicines. Volunteers from CSR Department participated in the program and explained to the beneficiaries how to retain good eyesight through proper diet and exercise.
  Visit to an Old Age Home The Tinplate Company of India Ltd   
A team of volunteers from Civil Department, TCIL and support staff of GTWU (Golmuri Tinplate Workers Union) visited Ashirwad Bhawan, an old age home to spend an evening with the elderly. The residents shared their life experiences and learnings through heartfelt conversations and how they practice meditation. They also spoke about lessons from Bhagwad Gita and how it gives them strength to see the positive side of the life. Later, the volunteers joined the elderly for dinner.
  Cleanliness and Plantation Drive Trent Ltd   
Volunteers from Star Bazaar, Kolhapur came together to organize a footpath cleanliness and tree plantation drive to keep the city clean and healthy.

A volunteer from AC Factory of Voltas Ltd, Pantnagar took a knowledge sharing session on Basics of Air Conditioners and Energy Management for students from Apex Group of Institutions (B-TECH Final Year).
