  Career counselling for high school students Tata Metaliks   
 
15 volunteers from Tata Metaliks offered a career counseling session for students of 9th & 11th grade at Gokulpur High School. Students shared their career goals and the volunteers guided them on how to reach their desired goals. They also explained to them various career opportunities available in today's world along with the relevant courses and colleges.
 
  Interactive learning with primary school children Tata Metaliks   
 
Volunteers from TML 300 flagship programme, visited Chunpara Primary School to engage with students through exciting mathematical ideas and fun games. Students solved quick mental math problems. The session concluded with a traditional dance and rhymes put together by the students.
 
  Sensitizing the community on World Literacy Day Tata Metaliks   
 
To raise awareness on value of education, Tata Metaliks volunteers participated in a rally along with colleagues, students, instructors, and key community stakeholders in Raipara village. Dr. Ratna Sinha, Vice President, Human Resources, Mr. Subhra Sengupta, Chief Financial Officer, and Ms. Juhi Mishra, Chief Human Resources, officially inaugurated the rally. A nukkad natak, street play, featuring students from the learning center focused on the subject. Beneficiaries enthusiastically expressed their ideologies about how education had improved their life.
 
  Tree plantation through seed-balls Tata Metaliks   
 
To help create a greener environment, volunteers of Tata Metaliks came together for a plantation drive through an exciting seed-ball activity near the Kansai riverside in Ajabpur village. The seed balls are prepared with active seeds of forest tress and fruits.
 
  Honoring teachers of Remedial & CD Centres The Tinplate Company of India Ltd (TCIL)   
 
Volunteers of TCIL celebrated teachers day by honoring the teachers of the Remedial & Community Development Centres. They acknowledged and appreciated their hard work shown especially during the uncertain times where the lockdown greatly impacted the education sector last year. They interacted with the teachers and motivated them to continue imparting education to the underprivileged children in these centres.
 
  Art competition for the children of Remedial Centre The Tinplate Company of India Ltd (TCIL)   
 
Volunteers of TCIL and their family members visited the Remedial Centre at Tube Mukhi Basti, Burmamines to interact with the centre children. These children showcased their creative skills in theme based 'Save Environment' art competition organized by our volunteers.
 
  Tree Plantation Drive The Tinplate Company of India Ltd (TCIL)   
 
To bring a positive impact and contribute to the environment, volunteers of TCIL and their family members organized a tree plantation drive. 20 volunteers planted saplings of Ashok tree and also pledged to take care of these plants.
 
  'Best Out of Waste' craft session The Tinplate Company of India Ltd (TCIL)   
 
To make the best possible use of waste materials, volunteers of TCIL organized a ‘Best Out of Waste’ session for the children of a CDC in Jamshedpur. Through the craft articles made in this session, they encourage these children to keep their surroundings clean and reduce, reuse and recycle as much as possible. Children enjoyed the session and were happy to learn this creative art.
 
  Drawing competition Rallis India Ltd   
 
On the occasion of 75th Independence Day, the Rallis India Ankleshwar volunteers organized a drawing competition on the theme 'Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav' for 1st to 5th standard students of Primary School, Nani Mogari Dist. Narmada. 50 students participated in this competition. Drawing kits were provided to all students and the winners were presented with prizes.
 
  Craft competition Rallis India Ltd   
 
Rallis India Ankleshwar volunteers organized a craft work competition for 1st to 8th standard students of Primary School, Moti Mogari. Craft items were provided to the students. The aim of the program was to inculcate creativity among children. At the end of the program, best craft model was presented with prizes.
