  Training on General Safety Rallis India Ltd   

Volunteers from Rallis India Ltd. conducted a two-hour session on general safety for school students. The session educated the children about traffic rules, basic safety and security related issues while using mobile phones.

 
  Cleaning drive Rallis India Ltd  
 
12 volunteers came together to clean the MIDC Road by removing waste and litter from the streets.
 
  Elocution competition for children TACO Group   
 
As part of Project HoPE - Holistic and progressive Education, TACO group volunteers conducted Elocution competition in 3 Zila Parishad schools and 1 orphanage. To make the session more engaging, the volunteers shared Tata stories with the children and also distributed snacks amongst them.
 
  Drawing competition for children TACO Group   
 
Under Project Jagruti, a group of TACO group volunteers organized a drawing competition at the KILBIL School. Post the competition the students were given snacks.
 
  Inaugurating sanitation block for children TACO Group  
 
Under Project WASH - Water and Sanitation, Hygiene, a team of volunteers attended the ground-breaking ceremony for sanitation blocks in schools. The volunteers also shared Tata stories with the children.
 
  Awareness of animals for children TACO Group   
 
As part of Project HoPE - Holistic and progressive Education, the volunteers organized an awareness session on the welfare of animals for children from Zila Parishad School. This session was conducted in collaboration with Sahjeevan.
 
  Elocution competition for children TACO Group   
 
Under Project CLC, the volunteers conducted Elocution competition in 4 Zila Parishad Schools. The volunteers also shared stories from Tata with the children followed by snacks distribution.
 
  Study material distribution TACO Group   
 
Volunteers from TACO group visited the Gurukul Ashram, Dada Maharaj Natekar Vidyalaya and spent quality time engaging with the children. They also distributed study material, snacks and chocolates to the children.
 
  Chess competition for children TACO Group   
 
A chess competition was organised by the volunteers from TACO Group at the FUMU School, CD Jamshedpur follwed by snacks distribution.
 
  Blood donation drive TACO Group   
 
Blood donation drives were organised at 6 locations in CD Pithampur where TACO Group volunteers came forward to donate blood for social cause.
 
  Sports competition for children TACO Group   
 
The volunteers hosted a sports competition under Project Vidyadhanam for school students. They also shared Tata stories with the children followed by snacks distriution.
 
  Road safety awareness rally Tata Coffee Ltd   
 
Volunteers from Tata Coffee ICD Toopran organized a road safety rally in association with municipal officials and Toopran Circle police officers. 44 volunteers participated in the bike rally and covered a radius of 12 kms announcing road safety slogans. They gathered people and delivered speeches on road safety at prominent places and crossings.
 
  Awareness on water conservation Tata Coffee Ltd   
 
Tata Coffee ICD Toopran volunteers organised a rally promoting the cause ‘Save Water. Save Lives’ in Brahmanpally and Ravelly villages of Toopran Mandal. 33 volunteers covered a radius of 13 kms and repeated slogans on water conservation to spread awareness. The Surpanch, village ward members, police department and municipal staff were a part of this rally along with volunteers
 
  Cyber-crime awareness Tata Coffee Ltd   
Tata Coffee volunteers in association with the police department conducted a cyber-crime awareness session for the community members of Toopran Mandal. Senior police officials participated in the session who provided information on banking, ATM, phone, credit card frauds and other cyber related issues to the community people.
 
  Women's Day Celebration Tata Metaliks   
 
Tata Metaliks volunteers celebrated International Women’s Day with community women and employees. Women beneficiaries from different projects participated in the event and shared experiences from their journey. Ms Soumana Banerjee, WBCS (Exe) District Manager - SC, ST, OBC Development and Finance Corporation addressed the women on various government schemes and also encouraged them to tackle various malpractices such as child marriage in the community. Ms Barnali Chakraborty, Secretary, YUWA (NGO, Jamshedpur) spoke to the women on stigmas, taboos, social set-up that inhibit the growth of women in the community. She urged the women to continue their education and engage themselves productively in self-development and be change agents in the society.
 
  Mentoring session Tata Projects Ltd.   
 
A team of volunteers from Tata Projects together with NGOs Magic Bus and Bright Future organised a mentoring session for students of the livelihood and soft skills training programme in Mumbai and Hyderabad. The volunteers shared insights on topics such as goal setting, points to remember on first day of work and more. The volunteers engaged the students by sharing their own experiences and providing tips on issues related to the students.
